BORN™ Licensing Corporation (BORN™ Licensing) is a privately-owned and operated company, incorporated under the laws of the Province of Alberta and is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. BORN™ Licensing’s mandate has been modified and Licensed in Canada, to act on behalf of Bruce J. Oxley and his vast Portfolio of Intellectual Properties. The most valuable “Real Estate of the Mind™” or IPs, are designated as Patents, Copyrights, and Trademarks. Other valuable and sophisticated alternative protections include trade secrets, formulations, “first to market strategies” and the amalgamation of complimentary integrated proprietary programs. His everexpanding goal is: “To create & manage the largest “Clearing House” of Intellectual Properties in the World™”.
BORN™ Licensing will, in essence, act as his Intellectual Property Management Consultant to maximize the potential of his Projects (systems, products, services, processes, programs, and technologies). BORN™ Licensing will be responsible for producing the required documentation, video content, marketing materials and all aspects of the commercialization of his Projects. That will include the acquisition and management of Licensees for all Projects within his MIP Asset Portfolio™.
BORN™ Licensing will utilize the MIP Curriculums (MIP) to educate, train and assist with “job placement” for MIPs successful student body. BORN™ Licensing is committed to “placing” the aforementioned graduates at our BORN™ Facilities, BORN™ Licensing Offices and BORN™ Licensing’s “vetted” associated Manufacturers and Businesses.
Our Clients
The World of BORN™ is an ISO (Independent Sales Organization) mandated to supply an environment for BORN™ Members, Suppliers & Vendors in each Airwise™ Structure Facility and Project. BORN™ Licensing is the Exclusive Licensing Agency devoted to assessment, documentation and commercialization of Intellectual Properties and Business Opportunities within The World of BORN™. BORN™ Licensing Office Licensees work closely with all BORN™ Exchange Office Licensees to complete all License acquisitions and legal documentation required. BORN™ Licensing assists new Licensees with training and management.

Risk Mitigation Philosophy
When one has experienced both sides of the “Invention Game” as I have, you begin to understand that the money is in Licensing and NOT selling Consulting Services. So why do they keep selling Consulting Services up-front? Enter the opportunity for innovation and the “compression technique” program known as the Fast-Track BUSINESS 1 – Licensing Commercialization Program™ (FT B1 -LCP). The old version of the B1 – LCP™ used to take 4 months to produce the documentation required to launch the customized Licensing Program at a cost of $200,000. And that was leading edge 15 years ago. Now it takes one day at a cost of $48,000. The Client pays $2,000 up-front (instead of $10,000++) and the balance of $46,000 is deferred until we sell their Licenses. If we do not sell their Licenses, the Client does not have to pay the balance. This way we just do not sell our Consulting Services unless we know we can sell the Licenses. How is that for mitigating your risk of losing money on useless documentation? We also follow that philosophy with our Payment Terms Program to acquire Licenses and with everything else we promote.

BORN™ Licensing mandate is to create awareness of the industry for individuals and corporations. This will be enhanced with education for their own benefit and their opportunities to do something with that education for themselves or their employers.
